post all compact discs, DVDs and SACDs free of charge,
both within the UK and to any part of the world by
airmail. The price of the disc is our regular shop price.
Printed music, cassettes (audio and video), instruments
and accessories are posted at cost; again to any part of
the world. Because we are able to source and supply almost all of the many thousands of compact discs and sheet music currently available from the UK, Europe, the USA and Australasia, it is impossible to list everything, with prices, in this web site. Our shopping basket is therefore not comprehensive and please do not think that the only products that we can supply are those listed here! Please ask us for anything that you are looking for and cannot find on our website. We are always pleased to search out hard to find classical compact discs and sheet music which may be out of general print. You can enquire by e-mail or by using our enquiry/order form. We are also always happy to quote firm prices before processing any order. |
As well as by our secure shopping basket and enquiry/order form, you can order by snail mail, telephone, fax or
e-mail (both our fax and e-mail terminals are located
in a secure environment). You can find all our contact details on our home page. We also have an answer-phone for telephone
calls out of hours.
Of course, we are also pleased to receive customers in person in our "bricks and mortar" store. This is normally open from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Saturdays. More details, and our location in Eastbourne, can be found on our About Us page. All goods available from stock are normally dispatched on the day of receipt of order. Other UK goods will normally be dispatched within one week but should there be any supply problem then we will advise you. If delivery is likely to take more than one month then you are, of course, free to cancel your order. |

| Payment by American
Express, Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo and Switch is welcome and simplest
for overseas orders. Please quote card number, expiry date, start date,
registered street address and, for Solo and Switch, the issue number if
any. Alternatively, payment can be made
by GB sterling cheque or bank draft or by Euro cheque.

Customers
in countries having restrictions on the import of printed
matter may wish to exercise caution with regard to
ordering certain printed material. As far as we are aware,
however, there should be no problem with printed music
for private use. Similarly, when dispatching to countries which may impose import duties, we can send the invoice and all documents in a separate envelope. You may also indicate if you wish us to mark the customs declaration as "gift", "samples" or "educational material". |

Our
order form is hosted on a secure server using the Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) client/server security scheme. The SSL
2.0 protocol performs 40 bit encryption and decryption in
a manner completely transparent to the user. If you wish

| We consider that
many of the concerns expressed in the media about security on the Internet
are considerably overstated. In reality, sending credit card information
by e-mail probably has no higher risk than most traditional credit card
transactions (particularly where a card may be taken out of view of the
user or a fax is misrouted). As e-mails travel by a multitude of different
routes, splitting credit card details between two e-mails should be quite
secure.
However, we recognise genuine concerns and recommend use of our secure order form. |
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all products
supplied by us are new and fully guaranteed for a minimum period of twelve
months against defective materials and workmanship - any product that proves
faulty in normal use, or that has been supplied in error, can be returned
for a full refund, including return postage, or for replacement. This does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
